Thank you for visiting Alessia Sersanti Art Studio - ANDOVAI, LLC. This Shipping Policy outlines our practices for delivering your orders. We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, regardless of your location. Please review this policy carefully to understand how we manage domestic shipments. At this time, we do not process international orders.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within three business days.
  • Shipping times displayed at checkout (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx) are in addition to processing time.
  • Orders are typically not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • In case of high order volume, shipments may experience delays. Please allow additional days in transit as needed.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its status.

Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Below are typical delivery windows:

  • Economy Domestic Shipping: 5 to 8 business days
  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 3 to 5 business days
  • Expedited Domestic Shipping: 1 to 2 business days

Please note that delivery delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Art Prints: Complimentary Economy shipping is provided for all domestic orders. If you select a faster shipping method, the corresponding fee will be applied at checkout.
  • Original Artworks: Shipping costs for original paintings are calculated at checkout based on the item's weight and destination. Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping.

Local Pickup & Local Delivery

  • Original Artworks: We offer local delivery within the Kirkland and Seattle areas. Local delivery is available for a $65 USD fee.
  • Once your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange the delivery. Deliveries are made within 5 days of purchase or on your preferred date.

How Are Paper Prints Shipped?

  • Art prints larger than 8×10 inches are shipped in kraft mailing tubes to ensure their protection.
  • Flat shipping for larger prints is available upon request and incurs additional fees.
  • To request flat shipping, email us after placing your order, and we will follow up with details on the final shipping cost.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Cancellations are accepted only for orders that have not yet been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Orders lost, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect shipping information will not be refunded.
  • If re-shipping is required, buyers must cover the new shipping cost and 50% of the reprint charge if applicable.

Lost or Damaged Orders

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. However, unforeseen issues may arise.

  • If your package is experiencing delays, appears lost in transit, or was delivered incorrectly, please contact us at studio@alessiasersanti.com immediately. We will follow up with the carrier to investigate.
  • Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
  • If an item arrives damaged, send clear photos of the damage and original packaging to studio@alessiasersanti.com. We will provide a replacement of comparable value free of charge.
